Over my career, I have been fortunate to be involved with many different types of companies and have acquired a wide range of skills which allow me to be very versatile and have a very keen perspective on many areas of business.

|Highly practiced in several General Purpose and Project Management software applications. These include MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Visio, Project), Clarity, Jira, Trello, Workfront as well as ticket systems such as used in CRM applications, Zendesk and Service Now.
|Experience providing QA/QC of Deliverables
|Lead governance team for TD IT Portfolio which average over $250 million to research and report on Top Risks and Issues on portfolio along with recommended actions to the Steering Committee to ensure project delivery within planned parameters.
At BMO one of the projects I worked on was to consolidate data across several different platforms and systems to generate a unified Data Governance and Data Quality platform using proprietary systems as well as third party sites tied together with a unified system for giving real time status across all data centres.
|Developed processes and procedures experience for implementing the deliverables.
|At BMO I presented and sold the concept of creating the multi-faceted platform centralized to customized dashboards was my personal contribution to the 2019 IIROC regulatory project at BMO.
From there, I lead the creation the groundwork for an automated Data Quality tool using proprietary and SaaS dashboards for checking data integrity and escalation of items requiring verification or remediation.
Several years of Change Management planning and execution campaigns to ensure acceptance and adoption of the new and modified procedures rolled out to front, middle and back office teams.
|Experience with deploying cloud-based solutions
|All web projects I’ve been involved with have used cloud based solutions for decentralized data management and CRM, Lead Generation, Knowledgebase and Ticket integrations. These systems include providers such as AWS, Linode, Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk, Service Now and Dropbox.
|Agile and Waterfall experience
|Being PMP and PMI-PBA certified as well as SRUM certified, I have an intimate understanding of project delivery methodologies and have employed in Change Management principles in decision-making with several projects in strict forms as well as hybrids of Agile and Waterfall when managing Project Programs and Portfolios where some projects were related while others were completely independent.
As PMO Director at WCI, projects ranged in value up to $100MM as which had an extremely high degree of complexity, not only from a technical standpoint but also from a visibility standpoint with stakeholders in various geographies outside of North America. My role was to develop and maintain the programs in place for effectively managing the portfolio.
IT projects were predominately done in agile, while development projects were typically done in waterfall methodology.
In the end, the company was bought out by London based Asset Management firm. A principle reason for the acquisition was the world class operation that I designed and lead.
|Experienced in implementation of comprehensive PKI Solutions
|Created Public key infrastructure on several web applications for secured UI access to create, manage, distribute, use, store, and revoke digital certificates and public-keys to ensure a secure and trusted business environment for e-commerce applications.
Applications were secured with various types of PKI methods from mobile authenticators, SMS and email verifications along with whitelisting IPs. Failed authentications would result in blacklisting of IP access.
|Experience in the implementation of transformational initiatives requiring ongoing change management
|Lead offshore team at BMO in big data initiative to bring the bank into compliance with new IIROC requirements by updating the infrastructure, procedures and automated messaging to IIROC.
Laid foundation for automation of data integrity governance which will reduce offshore workforce by 5 headcount and optimize the manual oversight by the Toronto Governance Team to be alerted to real issues requiring attention.
|Experience bridging business and technology worlds with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams to achieve desired outcomes
|Many years of experience bridging technology and business world requirements. This has been done with many business needs being met with technology creations and system integrations ranging from Spotfire, Zendesk, Oracle, Message Automation and government regulation requirements such as IIROC, SEC and more.
